Another Defibrillator Installed Saving Lives in Alexandra Park

I’m delighted to see another publicly accessible defibrillator installed at The Boathouse Café in Alexandra Park, Oldham.

This life saving device has been funded through my remaining Mayoral Fund and is now available to help protect visitors, staff and the wider community in the event of a cardiac emergency.

A special thank you to Pat and the Defibrillators Save Lives team for their tireless dedication and ongoing campaign to increase access to defibrillators across Oldham. Their commitment continues to make a real difference and is helping to create a safer borough for everyone.

Every additional defibrillator can mean the difference between life and death. By working together, we are building a network of community lifesavers and improving survival chances for those who suffer a sudden cardiac arrest.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this project happen.
