It was an honour to attend the Festival of Remembrance this evening, a poignant occasion reflecting on the courage, sacrifice and service of our Armed Forces, past and present.
The evening was a moving reminder that the freedoms we enjoy today were won through great sacrifice and that peace is a legacy we must all strive to protect.
